You can request the deletion of your GlowBox AI account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@globoxapp.com using the email address connected to your GlowBox AI account.

Use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

In the message, include:

• Your full name
• The email address linked to your GlowBox AI account
• A clear request to delete your account and associated data

What we delete

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymise the personal data associated with your GlowBox AI account, including:

• Account and profile information
• Skin analysis records and uploaded skin images
• Questionnaire answers and skincare preferences
• AI chat history and recommendations
• Community posts, comments and profile content
• App activity and saved progress data

Data we may retain

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax or regulatory purposes. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for the required retention period.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. We may contact you to verify your identity before completing the deletion.

Important

Deleting your GlowBox AI account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the platform where it was purchased before requesting account deletion.
